You will need a Windows 10 installation disc or a bootable thumb drive. If you originally upgraded from Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 click the option 'I don't have a key' and 'Do this later'. After that, an installer window will appear. After that, it will install the latest version of Windows 10 on your PC. Your PC will reboot and it will start the reset process.
